Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Event bookings require a 40% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. General services and product payments must be made in full no later than 2 business days before the booking. Cancellations: Cancellations for events made with 14 days’ notice may be entitled to a full refund of the remaining balance, excluding the deposit. After this period, only 40% of the remaining balance may be refunded. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice.

To cancel a Tarot Event hire with Lady Crescent, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 10 days’ notice may result in a forfeiture of your refund, at Lady Crescent’s discretion. Refunds are subject to Lady Crescent’s general booking, cancellation, and refund policies. Any event-specific costs, including travel fees or additional preparations, may also impact the final refund amount. Please ensure that all cancellations are communicated in writing for proper documentation. Lady Crescent reserves the right to adjust these terms as necessary.
