Event Booking Information
Thank you for your interest in booking an event!
Below you’ll find all the necessary details regarding my event pricing and surcharges for special dates.
Stall Setup: An additional $150 if you’d like Lady to bring her enchanting stall-style setup. Please allow time for general setup and pack-up.
Travel Costs: Are additional to base pricing and are calculated by round trip time, fuel and kilometers.
Smaller Group Bookings: Enjoy 10% off base pricing for smaller, more intimate events (7 people or fewer).
​Surcharge for Special and Busy Times Due to high demand and the energy required for events during certain periods, the following surcharges will apply:

Applied to events booked the day before, the day after, or on the nearby weekend of the following Sabbats:
Samhain, Yule, Litha, Beltane, Ostara, Mabon, Imbolc, Lughnasadh.

The nearby weekend surcharge applies only if the weekend is 1-2 days away from the Sabbat date, not just the weekend of the same week.
15% Surcharge:

Applied to events booked on the day of the following Sabbats:
Samhain (April 30), Yule (June 21), Litha (December 21), Beltane (October 31), Ostara (September 21).

Public Holidays:
​
A 5% surcharge applies to events booked on public holidays.

Surcharge Examples:

5% Surcharge Example:
Scenario: Event booked on a public holiday
Calculation: $485 + 5% of $485
Surcharge: 5% of $485 = $24.25
Total Price: $485 + $24.25 = $509.25
10% Surcharge Example:
Scenario: Event booked the day before, after, or on the nearby weekend of a Sabbat.
Calculation: $485 + 10% of $485
Surcharge: 10% of $485 = $48.50
Total Price: $485 + $48.50 = $533.50
15% Surcharge Example:

Scenario: Event booked on the day of a Major Sabbat (e.g., Samhain, Yule, Litha, Beltane, Ostara).
Calculation: $485 + 15% of $485
Surcharge: 15% of $485 = $72.75
Total Price: $485 + $72.75 = $557.75

Booking and Payment Policy
Event Bookings
​
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds and Cancellations
​
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made before the 14-day period are entitled to a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made after the 14-day period will not receive a full refund, but depending on circumstances, they may be eligible for a 40% refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling for Events
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 21 days’ notice before your event. This ensures we can accommodate your request, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
For rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the event, we will do our best to assist, but please note that the deposit remains non-refundable and may not be transferable depending on availability.
If you need to make changes, reach out as soon as possible to help ensure a smooth adjustment to your booking.

Travel Fees for Event Inquiries:

For events, travel fees are provided in the event quote.
For travel fees, we will calculate the travel fees for you based on the roundtrip distance, fuel and time required.
Travel fees are calculated using a combination of the distance traveled (in kilometers), the time spent on the trip, and fuel costs.

For everyone’s convenience, prices are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar to keep things simple and straightforward.
